Event Production and Creatives

This is an unpaid internship role as Event Production and Creatives Intern. As a hybrid role, you will be working from our Bangkok City location but some remote work is acceptable. As an Event Intern, you will have the opportunity to be an integral part of our team by assisting with the production, coordination, and execution of various events. You will be involved in event planning and production meetings, coordinate with vendors and suppliers, provide on-site event support and other related tasks as needed.

Additionally, there may be opportunities to earn commissions, though this is optional and not a primary responsibility of the role.

• Assist in the creation and planning of events.
• Coordinate and support the planning, execution, and evaluation of various events, such as themed events and in-house sessions.
• Respond to member requests, maintain relationships with members and business partners.
• Provide administrative support to company staff in day-to-day activities.
• Undertake any ad-hoc duties assigned by the supervisor.

• Passionate about events and the creative process.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team.
• Excellent time management skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
• Fluent in English and Thai. Knowledge of any other language is a plus.
• Experience in event planning or marketing is a plus.
• A passion for event planning, marketing, and a willingness to learn is highly valued.
